To qualify for the student rate, you must provide evidence that you are a full time student at the time of the Meeting. Supporting documentation includes a letter from your supervisor defining your student status, a letter from the University’s registrar office confirming your enrolment status or an official transcript of the classes you are taking.
Complimentary Student registration is for full time students studying at a Tertiary institution who have had an abstract accepted as the presenting author. PhD students are not eligble for complimentary registration.
Basic Physician Trainees can register at the Nurse, Allied Health, Research Fellow rate.
