国际肾脏病学会 (ISN) 很高兴邀请您参加将于2022 年 9 月 22 日至 25 日在印度新德里举行的“感染与肾脏”的 2022 年 ISN 前沿会议。新德里的前沿会议将关注感染和肾脏疾病之间的双向关系。感染可通过多种机制引起急性肾损伤 (AKI) 和慢性肾病 (CKD),而患有所有肾脏疾病的患者,尤其是接受透析和肾移植受者的患者,发生感染的倾向大大增加,从而对患者产生不利影响他们的长期结果。这在 COVID-19 大流行期间得到了说明,这表明因 COVID 导致 AKI 的人死亡的可能性很高,而且透析和肾移植受者的患者极度脆弱。 疾病的表现取决于患者的健康状况/免疫防御机制、微生物以及众多遗传和环境因素。还有重要的地理差异,在许多国家,感染仍然是 AKI 和 CKD 的重要原因。这些在资源匮乏的环境中尤为突出,在这些环境中,获得诊断和治疗的机会有限。 迫切需要更好地了解感染与肾脏疾病之间的复杂关系,并通过多学科转化研究和实施,在各级医疗保健中开发安全有效的预防、诊断和治疗方法。感染的预防、早期诊断和及时治疗具有肾脏保护作用,并有可能避免肾病患者的大量死亡和 DALY(残疾调整生命年)。此次独特的会议将首次汇聚肾脏健康和传染病领域的全球临床和科学专家小组——临床医生、科学家、学者和全科医生将分享和展示最新进展,以制定对这一复杂范式的适当应对措施.
